Travel, Train and Transform cultures to grow closer to Jesus Christ:

  1. To Travel the world teaching all cultures how to access the presence of God.
  2. To Train about the effective use of a wide variety of media that support the worship experience.
  3. To Transform lives by providing resources to affect change in communities.

Meet the Team

Tamara Adams

Tamara Adams

Charismatic worship leader Tamara Adams, was led of the Lord to start Focus in the Fire Ministries in 2020. God told her to use praise and worship nights as a vehicle to teach and create opportunities for people to experience the presence of God. “Praise and worship is our battlefield. The battle is fought and won during our praise and worship time.” Praise and worship nights have now grown into a full teaching ministry that serves the community and ignites people on fire for the Lord.

Saleem Adams

Saleem Adams is an anointed teacher of the Word of God with a focus on the youth. He grew up on the streets before he came to the Lord. He has a unique way of connecting with the youth in a practical but firm stance. He is Tamara Adams’ husband, best friend, chief supporter, and ministry partner. 

Aaron Beach

Aaron Beach is our Minister of Media. He is a worshiper, song writer, teacher, business owner, and author of several books. He has many years of experience running various church’s media. Aaron met Tamara through a mutual connection while he was looking for volunteer hours for his Chaplaincy program. They quickly realized that they were kindred spirits and began to collaborate together to write music. He wants to see Focus in the Fire Global Ministries expand their outreach throughout the world and has many ideas on how to do so. He is excited to partner with the Adams’ and looks forward to the impact they will have in the world all to the glory of Jesus Christ. 

Ray Love
